Mother’s Day Quiche with Raspberry Scones

A perfect Mother’s Day brunch idea! Crisp, smoked bacon combined with Swiss cheese, herbs and vegetables of your choice, baked in a golden crust until bubbly. Served with our signature raspberry, white chocolate chunk scones.

Chef Bruce recommends: Each order of quiche and raspberry white chocolate chunk scones easily feeds a family of four. If your crust begins to brown before the quiche is fully cooked, lightly cover the quiche with foil. To serve, slice quiche into six pieces and serve with fresh fruit and our scones.
